Enjoy a creamy and spicy Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta made in one pot for easy cleanup. This dish combines tender chicken seasoned with bold Cajun spices with a rich, garlicky Parmesan Alfredo sauce, all tossed with fettuccine. Perfect for a flavorful weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from the pot and set aside.
  3. Add fettuccine, chicken broth, and minced garlic to the same pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
  • For a richer sauce, add more Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
