- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, light or carton, unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree or strawberry syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon freeze-dried strawberry powder (optional, for color/flavor boost)
- 1/4 cup white grape juice concentrate (or substitute with simple syrup to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh or frozen strawberries for garnish
- Combine the cold water, coconut milk, strawberry puree or syrup, and white grape juice concentrate in a shaker or jar.
- If using, add the freeze-dried strawberry powder.
- Seal the container tightly and shake well until all ingredients are fully mixed and slightly frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a few slices of fresh or frozen strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For the most accurate color, use a small amount of freeze-dried strawberry powder. If you skip this, the drink will be lighter pink.
- Adjust the amount of syrup or concentrate based on your preferred sweetness level.
- Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture, or carton coconut milk for a lighter drink.
