Make this easy, creamy fruit dip using cream cheese as the base. It is perfect for parties and pairs well with fresh strawberries and other fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  4. Mix on low speed until just combined, then increase speed to medium and beat until light and fluffy.
  5. If using, gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until streaks disappear.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh fruit or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a caramel flavor, substitute 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
  • If you want a thinner dip, add 1 tablespoon of milk or heavy cream.
  • This dip works well with apples, grapes, berries, and pineapple.
