2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)

Let it cool for a minute before enjoying directly from the mug.
Notes
For an extra decadent treat, top with whipped cream, ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
