Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 packages (about 14 ounces total) graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers over the cream.
  4. Top the graham crackers with a layer of sliced mangoes.
  5. Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the mangoes.
  6. Repeat the layering process: graham crackers, mangoes, and cream mixture, until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cake is firm and set.
  8. Before serving, you can garnish with extra mango slices if desired.

Notes

  • Ensure your mangoes are ripe for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • You can adjust the amount of condensed milk based on your preferred sweetness.
  • For an extra touch, you can add a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers on top.
