Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crust, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, toss the diced peaches with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture and the peach mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Stir in the crumbled graham cracker crust.
  7. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  8. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, you can blend the peaches before folding them into the cream mixture.
  • Feel free to use other types of pie crust for variation.
  • Ensure the container is airtight to prevent ice crystals.
