Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Place the pitted Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano into a food processor.
Process the ingredients until the mixture is mostly smooth but still has some texture. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary. You may add a small splash of water or extra olive oil if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Transfer the olive dip to a serving bowl.
Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality Greek feta cheese.
If you do not have a food processor, you can finely chop the olives and mash the cheeses together vigorously with a fork.
Garnish the top with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
