Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
1/2 cup water (for dilution)
Ice cubes
For the Strawberry Cream:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons strawberry puree (from fresh or thawed frozen strawberries)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup for extra flavor
Instructions
Prepare the Strawberry Puree: Blend or mash 1/4 cup of strawberries until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
Make the Strawberry Cream: In a medium bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, strawberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Whip the cream mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. Do not over-whip; it should be thick but pourable.
Prepare the Cold Brew Base: In a serving glass, combine 1 cup of cold brew concentrate with 1/2 cup of water. Stir briefly.
Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
Gently spoon or pour the prepared strawberry cream mixture over the top of the iced coffee. Allow it to slowly cascade down the sides for a layered look.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute the heavy cream with full-fat coconut cream (refrigerated overnight) and use oat milk or almond milk.
Adjust the amount of strawberry puree to control the intensity of the fruit flavor.
If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon of simple syrup directly to the cold brew base before adding ice.
