Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and lightly mashed

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of 4-6 small jars.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust in each jar.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in mashed strawberries.
  5. Chill the gelatin mixture until slightly thickened, then carefully spoon it over the cream cheese layer in each jar.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is set.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, reserve some pretzel crumbs for topping.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • Use a piping bag for a neater cream cheese layer.
